How to enable Planning Analytics for Excel Addin for all users using script

How To


Summary

Planning Analytics for Excel is installed and successfully registered for the Admin account that was used to install it
However other users do not see the Addin by default and need to add it every time they launch Excel
Need a script to activate the Planning Analytics Excel for ALL users that log in to the machine.
