How do you find the documentation to TeaLeaf software?

Product documentation is published and maintained on the Client Success Portal which is accessible at the following URL:? https://support.ibmcloud.com

Individuals from licensed Tealeaf customers register for new accounts on the login page.
There are four boxes which appear on the Client Success Portal page:
  • Steps for getting help (Open a ticket Contact us View my support IBM Support Handbook Download Products and Download Fixes.)
  • Product Documentation (PDF files by Tealeaf product version)
  • Additional IBM Tealeaf Information (Support articles)
  • Most Popular (Frequently-accesses Support articles)

For Release 7.0 or later documentation is also accessible through the Tealeaf Portal:
  • Use the search bar at the top of the Portal page to find specific articles.
  • You visit the product documentation area for your installed version of Tealeaf by selecting Help > Online Documentation from the Portal menu.
  • To access docs through the Portal some additional configuration might be required. From the Portal menu select Tealeaf --> Portal Management.? In the Portal Management page visit the cxImpact Settings --> Miscellaneous category.? Enter the credentials provided to you by Tealeaf.

On servers where Tealeaf software is installed additional PDF documentation is available. From the Windows Start menu select the following: Start --> All Programs --> TeaLeaf Technology --> TeaLeaf Reference.? PDF documents are available in the shortcut menu.? Updated versions of these documents are available through the Client Success Portal.
