How do I view audit logs?

Answer

Audit logs are found at the bottom of the Environment Details page. ?Audit logs can not be edited or deleted. ?Deleting an environment or customer will continue to display history in the global audit logs.

The following actions are logged:

  • Move Application Service
  • Move Load Balancing Pool
  • Move Website
  • Pause Web Monitor
  • Restart all environment services
  • Start Web Monitor
  • Start Windows service
  • Stop Windows service

Filters can be applied by selecting the 'Options' button. ?You are able to filter based on the following:

  • Start time
  • End time
  • User ID
  • Action

In the options you are also able to change the number of records per page using the dropdown.

Enter all or part of the text you are searching for and select 'Apply Filters'.

To remove filters select 'Reset Filters' or delete the filter criteria and select 'Apply Filters'.

All display fields can be sorted alphabetically?by selecting the column header. ?Selecting a column header twice will sort reverse alphabetically.

  • Environment

  • Result



Global audit logs

Select the global audit logs by selecting the 'Audit Logs' dropdown from the menu bar. ?Select 'View log for all environments'. ?This will provide logs for all customers and all environments including those previously deleted.
