How do I select a product?

Before you select a product, you must register for your IBM Web ID. Go here to learn how.
When you select a product, your Support home page will automatically populate with the latest information on your product. There are several ways to find a product. You can search for the product, browse a list of all products or select products associated with your login. For more details, go to Work with products.
After you complete this step, we strongly suggest that you go back to the MDS Support Portal FAQ and continue with step 3 of the process, Register for the Service Request (SR) Tool.
