How do I make the MEMO field available in the work order status change dialog box in the Graphical Scheduling application?

In the Work Order Tracking application, when the status is changed, a dialog box pops up on the screen and the MEMO field is enabled so that the user can make any notes in it.
However, in the Graphical Scheduling application, when the work order has its status changed, the dialog box pops up on the screen, but the MEMO field is not enabled.

Is there any way to enable this?
