Resolving The Problem
How do I install gfortran ?
The RPMS are on the frontend, but as they are part of the gcc4 distrib, they are not installed by default.
Here are the rpms :
/state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.1.1/rocks-ist/rolls/os/4.1.1/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/libgfortran-4.0.2-14.EL4.x86_64.rpm
/state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.1.1/rocks-ist/rolls/os/4.1.1/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/libgfortran-4.0.2-14.EL4.i386.rpm
/state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.1.1/rocks-dist/rolls/os/4.1.1/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/gcc4-gfortran-4.0.2-14.EL4.x86_64.rpm
Only libgfortran-4.0.2-14.EL4 is installed by default.
For using the compiler, you will have to install the gcc4 suite :
rpm -ivh /state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.1.1/rocks-dist/rolls/os/4.1.1/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/gcc4-4.0.2-14.EL4.x86_64.rpm
and then install gfortran itself :
rpm -ivh /state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.1.1/rocks-dist/rolls/os/4.1.1/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/gcc4-gfortran-4.0.2-14.EL4.x86_64.rp
