How do I contact Customer Support?
If you have a problem follow these steps to isolate theproblem and contact the best resource to help you:
- Check all connections and plugs on your computer.
- Check your Internet connection. Can you access a Web site otherthan Sterling Web Forms? Canyou access another Web site that is secure? If you have problemscontact your Internet Service Provider.
- Verify that you are using the correct Internet browser and thatit is configured correctly. Sterling Web Forms displays amessage if you are not using the correct Internet browser. To configureyour browser see How do I configure Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 for Sterling Web Forms? or How do I configure Mozilla Firefox 2.0 for Sterling Web Forms?.
- If your problem is related to understanding or completing a particularbusiness document contact your sponsor.
- You can submit support requests. Sterling Web Forms provides accessto the Self Service Portal to log and view support cases in the CustomerCenter. Select Help > Create a Support Request tosign on to the Customer Center at:In the navigation menu under My support requestsselect Log and View Cases to either log orview a support case. If you need log in credentials for Sterling Customer Center please contact Customer Support.
