How to disable Database Selection Mode for end users so that they can only logon to one database

Troubleshooting


Problem

Main Controller 'superuser' would like design the system, to ensure that all 'normal' users can only 'see' one Controller database. Therefore, they want to disable 'Database Selection Mode' for most end users, but have some [superusers] able to logon to multiple database.

Symptom

Customer would like most users to NOT get a choice of databases when they launch Controller.
However, they would like a small number of 'superusers' to be able to choose which database to logon to, for example:
