How to Debug S013 Abends (SCI84688)

Answer
Look in the JESLOG for the IEC141I 013-20 message. The 2nd node of the message is the Job, the 3rd is the Step, and the 4th is the DD. For example, this S013 Abend is associated with Job EXEC095A, Step STEP2, DD SYS003:
IEC141I 013-20,IGG0191A,EXEC095A,STEP2,SYS003
The S013 Abend occurs when the Program expects the DD to have a specific DCB, but the DD has a different DCB. Specify the correct DCB for the DD.
