Problem
When TM1 crashes a Full Dump maybe too large to send to IBM. Creating a Mini Dump from the Full Dump can help with file transfer restrictions. The purpose of this document is to get a usable Dump to IBM for Support to extract the stacks, and limit the number of problems customers have had receiving PDB's from IBM.
