How to Create List Views
Answer
List View customizations are configured by each by Department.? There is a global list view for each department that determines what is displayed for default list views. (Queue?s, My Tickets, All Tickets, Other CSRs? Tickets?)
You can create your own custom list view:
1.? Click on the ?Views? button under the module in which you want to create the view.
2.? Choose the search criteria for what fields are to be displayed.
These views are stored under the ?All Views? folder.?? When trying to filter on Client Name, make sure you select the client name field in the ??Account Fields ?? section toward the bottom of the drop down list.? When saving your view please make sure you save it in your brand's folder.
