Summary
A client can create a request for enhancement request idea for Supply Chain Intelligence Suite: SCIS Control Tower by using IBM Ideas.
Requests to add functionality to the product are handled in IBM Ideas (https://ideas.ibm.com/). Here you can open a request to enhance the product and track that request. Thus, you will be able to see when the request is reviewed, accepted, etc. In addition, you can choose to make your request public so that other users can view and vote for the request, giving the enhancement request more weight when it's being considered for addition to the product.
Objective
Create an Idea for Supply Chain Intelligence Suite: SCIS - General, Or for Supply Chain Intelligence Suite: SCIS Control Tower Application
Steps
1. Go to https://ideas.ibm.com/. At this point, you may be presented with a request to log in using your IBMid.
2. Once you have logged in, click "Add new Idea".
3. Select the Idea visibility (if you want the visibility to be for everyone or only visible to you and IBM.
4. Select the product as Supply Chain Intelligence Suite: SCIS Control Tower Application.
5. Give your idea a title.
6. Add a description for your idea, and be as detailed as possible about the problem occurring and what you would like to accomplish with the idea.
7. Add additional details (optional).
8. Upload any attachment or file that corresponds to the idea.
9. Add your company name (note the visibility can be set as Public or private by clicking the "eye").
10. If you have a related support case, it can be added here and the visibility can be selected as public or private.
11. Select the idea priority (Low, Medium, High, or Urgent).
12. Select the needed by time frame (Yesterday, Week, Month, Quarter, Not Sure).
Also, you can subscribe to updates on the idea by selecting the option.
You are presented with the terms of use and must select to agree to be able to add the idea.
Once the terms are agreed to then you would click "Add idea".
