Summary
When you run the UrbanCode Deploy Component plugin step 'Create Component' you can specify a Component Template but not the values for the Component Template Properties defined on the template. You might also see the 'Create Component' step fail with the message:
Error processing command: Value for property named requiredComponentProperty1 is required but was empty.
