Summary
In Cognos 11, it is not possible for an administrator to directly copy or move My Content objects of other users to the Team Content area like it was in Cognos 10 due to the UI differences. There is an extra step required. First, the System Administrator must copy the user's My Content objects to their own My Content, then they can copy/move it out of their My Content to the Team Content area from the Glass UI.
Alternatively, the legacy portal may be enabled which will allow the administrator to do this the same way it can be done in Cognos 10.
