How can you automatically obtain the version of IBM Installation Manager from the command line?
Answer
Use the following command:
[IM_INSTALL_DIR]>IBMIMc.exe --launcher.ini silent-install.ini -version |
[IM_INSTALL_DIR]#./IBMIM --launcher.ini silent-install.in -version |
This command will give you a result which looks like this:
Version 1.3.2
Internal Version 1.3.2000.20090917_2216Related Information
