How To Assign a Ticket to Another CSR
Answer
Step 1 - Click on the ticket action Assign to CSR
Step 2 - Click into the drop down locate the desired user.
Step 3 - Add any notes that may be needed by the CSR receiving the ticket (optional but recommended)
Step 4 - Click submit
Note: CSR?s are listed in alphabetical order which is ordered by prefix first indicated by brackets [ ] then CSR name.
