How are the timeoutEnabled and coordinated properties set in the DatabaseContext for IIB and ACE?

Question

You ran command "mqsireportproperties <INODE> -e <ISERVER> -o ComIbmDatabaseConnectionManager -r" to review database connections settings and need to understand how these two properties are set getting: timeoutEnabled and coordinated.

You also need to understand what is the actual state represented by the numeric value in the state property.
