How adding Fixed number formatting to a number in a BIRT report?

Question & Answer

Question

How adding Fixed number formatting to a number in a BIRT report? I'm using a CAST function in my SQL with 2 decimal positions. Now I want BIRT to always display 2 decimals, and add zeroes when they are less. Examples: 15 should be displayed as 15,00 11,2 should be displayed as 11,20
