How To
Summary
How to access Integration Directory on Manage - Maximo Application Suite on Cloud
Steps
When you use the /MeaGlobalDirs path inside Manage on MAS Cloud environment (Saas), files are uploaded or downloaded from the customer file bucket. If you export the data on to the /MeaGlobalDirs, that data gets placed in customer file bucket, which can be accessed with rclone.
1. /MeaGlobalDirs: internal mount that maps to the COS bucket specified in the welcome letter. Reference: Server Folder Access.
2. mxe.int.globaldir: Set to /MeaGlobalDirs
3. Use rclone to access COS bucket.
Example:
1. Customer bucket is masms-pp-8-cos-files-example-cust-files
2. Export xml file with external system EXTSYS1 and MXASSETInterface
2. rclone ls TEST_BUCKET:masms-pp-8-cos-files-example-cust-files:
24454 xmlfiles/EXTSYS1_MXASSETInterface_5951586.1676478036122665642.xml
