Abstract
In the Crews application, by default the Hourly Rate is calculated by the sum of the individual labor rates plus the asset rates that are assigned to the crew.

If Maximo for Utilities is installed, the Hourly Rate is calculated by the average of the individual labor rates instead. This is not optional at the moment.
