Problem
High amount of user messages of type "Exceptional event Workflow.DocEvent.DOCSTATUS.3"
Symptom
- Creation of high amount of user messages with "Exceptional event
Workflow.DocEvent.DOCSTATUS.3 Document=<doc_id> Status=ERROR" during download of messages via sftp - No workflow_id found for the doc_id
- Table act_xfer contains error text "Server shutdown before transfer could complete"
- On client site: Couldn't open local file "<filename>" for writing: Permission denied
