Problem
If your web browser is set to use Polish language, the following error message is shown when opening the Report Studio from TCR 2.1.x: "HAL Error String ID not found"
Symptom
If the web browser used to run the TIP console for TCR is customized to use Polish language, when you open the Report Studio to create or modify Cognos reports, you receive the following message window:
for the following string IDs:
IDS_EL_TCRcollapseTableBelow
IDS_EL_TCRcollapseTableBelowTooltip
IDS_EL_TCRdateRange
IDS_EL_TCRdateRangeTooltip
IDS_EL_TCRdateStartDisplayValue
IDS_EL_TCRdateStartDisplayValueTooltip
IDS_EL_TCRdateEndDisplayValue
IDS_EL_TCRdateEndDisplayValueTooltip
And when you try to create a new report, the same message is issued for string ID:
IDS_LBL_NEW_TCR_REPORT
