Problem
You are testing a DataSource connection to a DB2 database in InfoSphere Guardium and it fails with error:
java.net.ConnectException: Error opening socket to server
Symptom
DataSource Test Connection fails with an error similar to the one below (presentation of the error may be different for different browsers):
