If you set the Execution user roleto Guard Shack the Add User page refreshesand displays additional fields and buttons. Use these features todefine which fields the guard shack user can view and update on the ShipmentLog tab.

The following settings and buttons areavailable:

Apply Status To

Select the default location the Guard Shack user is updating:

Origin

When the user opens the Update Shipment page in Execution theuser can update status events at the shipment origin.

Destination

When the user opens the Update Shipment page in Execution theuser can update status events at the shipment destination.

The Apply Status To settingprovides the default view on the Update Shipment page. When GuardShack users update each shipment they can specify whether the updatesapply to the origin or destination.

Customize Shipment Log Table

Opens the Customize Shipment Log Table page where you candefine which columns appear by default on the ShipmentLog tab. For example the shipment origin is hidden bydefault and the destination is displayed by default.

View/Edit Update Form

Opens the Edit Shipment Update Form page where you can definewhich fields the guard shack user can enter or update for a shipment.These fields appear on the Update Shipment page.

For examplethe user can enter the Departure and Arrival timesby default. The Unload In Gateand Out Gate entries are hidden by default.
