GTP failed: unable to update recordset

Troubleshooting


Problem

error when doing a GTP over an application with the underlying database having SQLServer replication set.

Symptom

The Go to Production Process Failed

The transactional phase of GTP has been rolled back. The application is still functional, but the DEVELOPMENT model has not been moved to
PRODUCTION.

Unable to update the recordset with SQL of: SELECT definition, definitiondt, appstateguid
FROM andrxplan_2008..applicationstate
WHERE appstateguid='{2FEC1034-D887-48B7-A96B-FF2972499EA6}'

The BLOB with 966813 characters was being written to field 'andrxplan_2008..applicationstate.definitiondt'.
