Problem
In a Microsoft server 2k3 or 2k8 environment this error is encountered when a environment variable is missing. This issue only seems to occur if you set the IBM Cognos BI installation location in IBM Cognos Configuration
Symptom
GUI Error:
The Go To Production process failed.
Unexpected: missing stream parameter
