Problem
Cognos Analytics is unable to pass a boolean data type as an input parameter to a stored procedure or function due to limitations in the Greenplum JDBC driver.
For example, when a procedure is imported into Framework Manager and tested, the following exception will be thrown by Greenplum.
XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException:
[Pivotal][Greenplum JDBC Driver][Greenplum]function anyFunctionWithBooleanParmeter(bit) does not exist. No function matches the given name and argument types. You might need to add explicit type casts.

A procedure or function is defined in Greenplum with at least one input parameter with a boolean data type.
