Problem
Getting XSEC006I error when attempting to use the CLI. (SCI90571)
Symptom
XSEC006I
The keyfile cannot be opened. The directory permissions allow
unsecured access to the keyfile.
XAPI005I
The ndm_auth() function
failed in ndmapi_connect.
Cause
Keyfile directory permissions were wrong.
Resolving The Problem
Change the keyfile directory (.../ndm/security) permissions to be more restrictive (700).
