Problem
The error "ResourceException : Resource is out of sync with the file system" is typically raised when some files of the workspace are modified outside Eclipse.
Symptom
Rule Studio crashes when opening a workspace or when building a project and the log contains lines such as "org.eclipse.core.internal.resources.ResourceException: Resource is out of sync with the file system"
