Problem
A UDC value which has been summarised appears as NULL in the report result. This on condition all prior checks show that the UDC as well as the summarised value exist and populated.
Symptom
In the summariser-server.log file you may find the following :

Diagnosing The Problem
You can try creating a similar UDC and report on that. If this UDC gets reported successfully but not the original UDC then it could be that you need to try the resolution provided below.
Resolving The Problem
You can try the following :
i. Resaving the UDC
Open the UDC in concern in the TNPMW GUI and click Save. Then re-run the summary manually to see if this forces to UDC Summary to get populated correctly. Saving the UDC should invoke the kpicache_admin to run , but you can run this manually just to be on the safe side.
ii. In the event a similar UDC is working but not the original one, you can also try :
- Delete original and duplicated summary (but keep the file you used to create the duplicated summary for the next step)
- Reload the newly created summary definition file with original UDC names
