You can use Fix Central to find the fixes thatare recommended by IBM Supportfor a variety of products including IBM? Work Optimization for Water Utilities. With Fix Centralyou can search select order and download fixes for your systemwith a choice of delivery options. A product fix for IBM Work Optimization for Water Utilities might be availableto resolve your problem.
Procedure

To find and install fixes:

  1. Obtain the tools that are required to get the fix. If itis not installed obtain your product update installer. You can downloadthe installer from Fix Central. This site providesdownload installation and configuration instructions for the updateinstaller.
  2. Select IBM Work Optimization for Water Utilities asthe product and select one or more check boxes that are relevantto the problem that you want to resolve.
  3. Identify and select the fix that is required.
  4. Download the fix.
    1. Open the download document and follow the link in the "DownloadPackage" section.
    2. When downloading the file ensure that the name of themaintenance file is not changed. This change might beintentional or it might be an inadvertent change that is caused bycertain web browsers or download utilities.
  5. To apply the fix follow the instructions in the "InstallationInstructions" section of the download document.
