Troubleshooting
Problem
Schedules with email as the delivery method failed with below error.
CNC-SDS-0335 Error returned from SMTP server. The error message was: [535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed from
Symptom
1. Schedules will show in waiting status for more time than usual.
2. Mail server logs indicates that authentication is failing because of the invalid credentials being passed.
3. The run history of the schedule shows, below errors.
