Getting the admin account locked out after changing the password for ISIM VA cluster at the Primary node LMI

Troubleshooting


Problem

Changing admin password for ISIM VA cluster at the Primary node LMI may cause the login using the new password fails and the admin account to be locked. When this happens, you need to wait for the locked out period to expire; approximately 2 hours.

Symptom

Log in in again from the Primary node with the new password (which was recently set) and it will not allow to login because the account is now locked.
