Question
Configured a DLUR and am trying to bring up the CPSVRMG session to the VTAM DLUS. The Session fails in VTAM with sense code 08A00008.
Answer
The DLUS needs to be able to search APPN. VTAM will spin off an INIT-OTHER to start the conwinner session to the DLUR. Sending a locate to the DLUR is part of this process. VTAM will use the ADJSSCP table to determine the search order. ISTAPNCP has to be in the table for VTAM to send a locate over APPN. D NET,ADJSSCPS will show the default table. If the DLUR is in another NETID then D NET,ADJSSCPS,NETID=xxxxxxxxx will show the table for that NETID. ISTAPNCP has to be in the table.
