Get OCI libary errors or "Fail to dynamically load library libclntsh.so.10.1, return code 2" errors in the Oracle agent logs during configuration.

Problem

During configuration of the Oracle "RZ" agent, the following errors are seen in the logs:

(5FB2E9EF.0003-1:kbbssge.c,72,"BSS1_GetEnv") AGENT_BIN_DIR="/apps/ITM/aix526/rz/bin"
(5FB2E9EF.0004-1:krzdynamiclib.cpp,140,"krz00_DynamicLib::Load") Fail to dynamically load library libclntsh.so, return code 2

(5FB2E9EF.0005-1:krzdynamiclib.cpp,226,"krz00_OCI_Lib::Init") Try to load another possible Oracle OCI library
