Problem
When you run repotools-gc -rebuildindices, it fails with ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found.
Symptom
In IBM Engineering Global Configuration Management (GCM) application, the diagnostics shows an error:
Database Indices:
CRJAZ2055W Some indices were missing from the database, and missing indices can negatively impact application performance. To add the missing indices, you should stop your server and execute the -rebuildIndices command in repotools.
When you follow the instructions to run repotools-gc -rebuildIndices, it fails with ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found.
