Troubleshooting
Problem
When using Daeja ViewONE Virtual Viewer in a zLinux environment, not all features are available. These limitations apply to using the viewer in a standalone environment and when the viewer is embedded in an IBM Content Navigator deployment that is running on zLinux.
Symptom
The following functionality is not available in a zLinux environment:
- PDF to PDF redaction (permanent redaction for PDF documents and ICN role-based redaction for PDF documents)
- Open Office documents
The following MIME types are also not supported:
