Troubleshooting

Problem

FTP is putting 0 byte file sending <1000 bytes to remote GlobalScape Secure FTP Server, no problem if non-SSL .

Symptom

Customer can connect without issue and I can perform a put successfully, but the file is loaded to the TP server with 0 bytes sending <1000 bytes to remote GlobalScape Secure FTP Server, no problem if non-SSL .  They can successfully PUT the same file to the TP server using WFSTP and the bytes transfer without issue. Was there an update in 4311 for an FTPS client that could be causing these issues. The remote FTP Server partner is running remote is running GlobalScape Secure FTP Server version is 3.3.5 Build 09.03.2008.2.</font>Error Message
