Problem
FTP Put to mainframe fails with error
Symptom
GIS 4.3 - 4319
Using FTP client adapter / Put service in append mode to connect to mainframe and append data to an existing file.
Client is receiving a 550 error from mainframe FTP server and the data is not appended.
