Problem
FTP client services are transforming some characters when Receiving data
Symptom
When doing an FTP Get with the GIS FTP client services, the Segment delimiter is converted from Hex 7E to Hex 3F.
The FTP server is an AS/400, the file on the remote FTP server is in EBCDIC.
FTP through MS DOS or File Zilla works fine.
Error MessageNo error message.
Some characters in the file seem to have been modified during the transfer.
