Problem
FTP Client connection timeout errors and disables the adapter automatically.
Symptom
There are lot of FTP Client connection timeout errors and the adapter gots disabled automatically. After a hour or so of these errors, then at some point the resources are max-ed out and the process starts queueing up in GIS.
