Problem
Unable to Import metadata in Framework Manager from Ingres database. The connection to the datasource in Cognos Connection is successful.
Symptom
UDA-SQL-0031 Unable to access the "testDataSourceConnection" database.
UDA-SQL-0532 Data Source is not accessible: "dbtest".
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
