Problem
Problems with the logic used to calculate costs in the View Release Costs.
Symptom
After one or more release POs have been generated from an approved purchase contract, then the dollar amounts begin to show up in the View Release Costs menu. How are the following fields derived:
Amount on Order
Amount Received
Amount Remaining
Number of Uncommitted Releases
Number of Committed Releases
Uncommitted Costs
Committed Costs
