FNRCS0005E: SECURITY_INVALID_CREDENTIALS Access to the Content Engine was not allowed because the Content Engine API library or the Web Service Interface (WSI) Listener could not find the required security context information

Troubleshooting

Problem

After upgrading ICN_3.0.14 to ICN_3.0.15, you encounter a "SECURITY_INVALID_CREDENTIALS" error when logging into the ICCADMIN desktop using WSI repositories. However, logging into the general navigator desktop works fine. Switching back to IIOP repositories resolves the issue, but WSI is necessary for Kubernetes compatibility.

Symptom

Following error indicates that the Content Engine API library or Web Service Interface (WSI) Listener cannot find the required security context information, resulting in invalid credentials:
com.ibm.ecm.struts.actions.p8.P8LogonAction.createP8Connection()com.filenet.api.exception.EngineRuntimeException: FNRCS0005E: SECURITY_INVALID_CREDENTIALS: Access to the Content Engine was not allowed because the Content Engine API library or the Web Service Interface (WSI) Listener could not find the required security context information. Expected credentials were not found in the security context.
