Workaround
If a CMM issue is suspected, examine the CMM or FSM log for any events that might indicate a problem with a CMM. Once the CMM issue is resolved or if no CMM issue is indicated in the event log, perform a virtual re-seat of the compute node.
To perform a virtual re-seat:
- Open the CMM web interface.
- Click on Service and Suppor menu, then select Advanced.
- From the Advanced Status panel, select Service Reset tab.
- From the Service Reset panel, select the node to be re-seated, then click Reset and Virtual Re-seat.
- When the Service Reset popup appears, select OK.
Additional information
LED condition indicates that the IMM is in lockdown mode, which may have been caused by a Chassis Management Module (CMM) issue.
