Problem
Fixing Tealeaf Management System (TMS) encryption errors.? During a re-installation of Tealeaf software the old TMS encryption key remains in the file structure causing the following errors:
TeaLeaf Management Server ver. 7.2.11.7284 - TMS encryption key is different than key in TMS datastore. Please contact Tealeaf technical support.
TeaLeaf Management Server ver. 7.2.11.7284 - error loading data store! : (30024) Encryption key in data does not match server key.

Solution
From a command line window in the main Tealeaf directory reinitialize the datastore using the following command:
TLMgmtSrv -reinit
If this does not work then do the following steps:
TLMgmtSrv -reinit
If this does not work then do the following steps:
- On the Tealeaf server stop the TMS service.
- Go to:? {Tealeaf_Folder}\System\TMSStore directory.
- Delete all files.
- Restart TMS services.
