Problem
There is a slow db2 connection for the first time when using IBM DB2. NET data server driver connecting to db2.
Symptom
The first time connect is slow when using IBM DB2 .NET data server driver connecting to db2. When monitoring the TCPIP traffic, you can see the .net application is trying to connect to external site:
