Summary

The customer requested an integrated Controller-on-Cloud (COoC) and Planning Analytics on Cloud (PAoC) solution.
- In other words, they requested that the IBM Cloud team configure COoC and PAoC to be integrated. The integration permits them to use the Controller 'FAP' functionality. This function publishes IBM Cognos Controller data to a Planning Analytics cube.

NOTE: IBM allows FAP to be configured between the production environments.
- In other words, COoC and PAoC integration only occur between the customer's IBM Cognos Controller production and Planning Analytics production environments.

When IBM Cloud completes integrating COoC and PAoC into one environment, they inform the customer.
- As part of this process, IBM Cloud send a 'Welcome Kit'. This document contains some settings (such as usernames and passwords) that the customer uses for their system.
