Problem
This technote identifies an issue that can occur in IBM Rational ClearQuest. Running the cqtool command for the first time results in a "no getter registered" error.
Symptom
In ClearQuest 7.1.0.2 , once the login parameters are entered and you start an interactive session with the cqtool prompt, the first running of a command results in this error message:
The error message reads:
>>> No getter registered for CqExRecord.ID_SELECTOR
This behavior was not present in earlier Fix Packs. Once the error message appears, subsequent commands run with the cqtool session without an error message.
