Finding historical job information of old completed jobs
Resolving The Problem
bjobs and bhist commands fail to find job history for old finished jobs. How do I get historical job information for old jobs that are not available in the current lsb.events file?
LSF archives historical job information for completed jobs in lsb.events.file. Use these commands to find the detailed history of completed jobs:
$ bhist -la -n 0 -u <username>
$ bhist -la -n 0 <jobid>
These bhist commands look at the most recent 100 lsb.events files to find the jobs you are looking for.
Further bhist query options are available in the bhist man page.
